AI-interview Questions & Answers

Yeah. Sure. Yeah. So thank you for giving me this opportunity. Uh, my full name is Narayan Jina. I have over at least 8.6 year of experience and that to 4 years into data analytics. The recent company I am working with, uh, that is EyeLink Multitech, And the recent project I was involved in, that is AnyCura. That was a European based client. And, uh, the domain was veterinary health care domain. So my role was that, uh, in that project, I have prepared, uh, like, uh, they have uh, hospital and clinics across the Europe. So they wanted to know, like, uh, where which, uh, clinics are most in huge and which clinics are, uh, not in huge and where the maximum footfalls are, uh, happening and where, uh, less footfalls are going on and which assets are, uh, frequently in use and which assets are not in use frequently. So all these KPIs, I have worked on this. So, yeah, this is the, uh, overall, um, introduction for me. Thank you.

Okay. Uh, so Okay. So, uh, for dealing with large dataset, uh, I have to see, like, uh, what is the source, uh, whether it is in import mode or it is in direct query mode. Uh, there, I have to see. So if it is in direct query mode, so I will do all the transformation at the source only, and I will import the transform data to the Power BI so that, uh, the maximum load I will give to the back end side and, uh, the, uh, I will leave Power Bay, uh, as much as I can free, uh, the Power BI. And after that, uh, for calculation and modeling, I will go for, uh, the, uh, star schema because it is simple and joins are also simple. So I can, uh, do it will give performance by a good result. And after that, uh, instead of, uh, creating calculated column, I will go for, uh, writing measures. And in major also, I will go for, uh, uh, instead of writing so many measures, I will go for, uh, variables. So I will try to write, uh, measures with variable. Okay. And after that, performance analyzer is there. So, uh, with that, uh, I can see, like, which, uh, formula or which measure is taking much time and which is not. Like that, I can, uh, manage. And, also, I have to see, like, if it is a big dataset. So, uh, for my, uh, for the client's requirement, uh, I I will see, like, uh, whether it is I can fetch a particular amount of data, uh, to give the client's requirement or not. Maybe, um, there is a mixed kind of data. Okay. But the client is, uh, client's requirement is specific to something only. Uh, sub for example, specific to, uh, few category only. So I can face, uh, that, uh, few data only. I I means I can filter out that, and I can, um, build the report on top of that. So like this, I can, uh, do with Power BI. Thank you.

Yeah. So, uh, for this, uh, I can go for the performance analyzer. So there I I can see, like, I can, uh, check, uh, which formula is taking much time. So if I can get any formula, it's taking much time, uh, time. So in that case, I can optimize that, and I can rewrite that formula. So performance analyzer will be a great help for, uh, this issue. Yeah. Thank you.

So, uh, for this, uh, if, uh, Power BI report is not loading like this. So, uh, I in that case, I will check, like, uh, whether the connection is, uh, proper or not. 1st, I have to check that. Then uh, so, uh, first, I have to check the connection, then, uh, the data source is, uh, proper or not. Then, uh, after that, Then III have to check that gateway also. So gateway is a plug in, uh, available in Powerway, so which is, uh, for, uh, to transfer the data from on prem to server side. So like this, uh, few steps, I will, uh, consider, and I will check. Thank you.

I'm sorry. I can't answer this question.

Yeah. So, uh, in this case, uh, I can go for, like, so I have already loaded the data to power, uh, Power BI. And, um, so in any cases, if, uh, I need to change the model, so instead of, uh, going to change that model, I can go for some, uh, functions are there in Power BI, like, cross filter or a huge relationship, uh, functions are there. So with the help of this, uh, functions, I can test the required data. Uh, so in that case, I think, uh, no need to change the model again. And I, uh, so and no need to do hard code, uh, hard coding also. So by this, uh, I can achieve this. Thank you.

Okay. So here in this, uh, uh, deck's formula, it is written calculate sum of, uh, sales amount, then, uh, if you would filter function, again, it, uh, pass all sales, then sales year is equal to 2, 022. So, uh, here, uh, what I see, like, we want a a sale from 2022. Okay. And all sales I want and no filter should be impacted here. So, uh, here, uh, I can write, like, instead of using filter again, uh, so no need to use that filter function again. It's, um, I can write this expression without using filter also in a calculate, uh, calculates, uh, synthesis expression, then filter, uh, whatever the number of filter I can, um, implement. Okay. So in that, uh, after that sum of sales amount, uh, I have written the expression. Then after, I can write, uh, directly all sales or else or else I can write sales is equal to 2, 022. So no need to use filter function again here. Uh, without using filter function also, we can, uh, achieve this, um, output. Thank you.

Yeah. So, uh, to design a Power BI report, reporting solution that accurately reflects complex business logic. Okay. So, yeah, uh, I can write this, uh, depth expression. Uh, and, um, so while writing this depth, I have to keep in mind, like, uh, I should not, uh, repeat, uh, the same kind of depth formula, or I should not use, uh, the unnecessary functions to get a, uh, a particular output. So and, uh, I can use variables, uh, while writing, uh, text formulas. So, uh, yeah, these are the few things I should have, uh, keep in my mind, you know, while writing decks, uh, formula. So how to design a power grid reporting solution? That accurately reflects. Yeah. So like this, I can, uh, achieve this requirement.

Okay. So, um, um, to maintain core quality in the development of decks, expression, and SQL queries, like, we should have a reasoning skill and mathematical skill as well as statistical, uh, skill or knowledge. Uh, so this will help us to write better code, uh, and, uh, it will improve our reasoning skill also. And with this, uh, I will suggest, like, uh, to go for quantitative programming. So it will definitely boost, uh, our logic. Uh, so it will open, uh, few other dimensions also. Uh, so by practicing, uh, regularly quantitative, uh, programming, so it will definitely help us to write, uh, enhanced form of decks, uh, expression and SQL queries. And, uh, we have to practice daily, whatever, uh, we can, uh, choose every day for 10 minutes at least, uh, to write some, uh, decks, uh, query or SQL queries, uh, we have to write. So by this, we will, uh, be in touch with this, uh, this so that, um, our, um, knowledge will be getting happen and happen day by day. So yeah. So regularly in touch with this expression and queries that and, uh, keep on practicing daily. This will be a good solution.

I'm sorry. I can't give you, uh, a correct answer for this.
