Hi, everyone. This is Pushveen Kumar Singh Desai. First of all, thank you for giving me this opportunity to give my introduction. I will start with my educational background. I did my 10th and 12th from my hometown Lucknow in India, state of Uttar Pradesh. After completing my 10th 12th, I did my graduation from GLA University, Mathura. I did bachelor's in technology with the electronics and communication domain. After completing my bachelor's, I did a 6 month internship with HCL Technologies. And after completing that internship, I landed in my first job. That was for NuGen Softwares. I worked for NuGen Softwares for more than two and a half years. My role over there was of an application engineer, which involved providing support to client as well as the full implementation. The product I worked in NuGen was IBPS, and the technologies I used were Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Oracle, as well as MySQL. After leaving NuGen, I started working for Sunbase. At sun at Sunbase, I was working as an implementation and onboarding specialist. The role was exactly the same. I worked as an support specialist as well as an person who was assigned tasks related to the implementation of the assets that the client was providing. Over here, also, I worked on JavaScript, SQL as well as Java. That was about my experience and my technical skills. Apart from that, I have played cricket for my state at national level. That one of my hobbies. Right now, um, right now is working remotely, and that's all. That that is a very brief introduction about me. Thank you.
Okay. So I have worked with Oracle EBS Artwell. Uh, while working in NuGen as an application engineer, I used Oracle EBS Artwell, and, uh, we were using it into a day to day implementation. Apart from NuGen, I also used Oracle while I was working with Sunbase. So I have a pretty good experience working with Oracle.
Okay. So talking about custom reports, uh, while I was working with NuGen, I was developing custom reports while writing queries as well as procedure in MySQL as well as Oracle. Uh, form personalization, I was creating the phone front end of the forms as well as writing their back end code too. So pretty much good with the form personalization thing too. Uh, when it come to integration projects, uh, I did integration. I'm good with Boostman. I know how to hit an API, get data, and save that data uh, in a product. So, yeah, I have that experience.
Uh, okay. Stored procedures. Yes. I have written a lot of stored procedures. I'm very good with stored procedures, custom reports. As I already told, I am very good in writing queries for custom reports. Talking about form personalization, e g integration, yes, I have worked on them. I know how to create personalized forms as well as I know how to get APIs from Postman, how to integrate, uh, how to send data and collect data through APIs, I'm good with that.
So if I get an enhancement so if I get an enhancement request that is already existing in the workflow, I would first explain it to the client what the current workflow is and how that how the current workflow and the process can help, uh, satisfy the client's business needs. So that is my first approach. Apart from that, if the client isn't satisfied with that approach, I try to make small twists and few changes that are easily, uh, accommodatable and that could easily be tested and pushed to production. That would be my second approach.
Okay. A technical issue is something when, uh, we are not able to, uh, get or retrieve the data. Our query is right. The stored procedure we have written is right. Maybe the data is not coming because the database is down. The connection that we are trying to make doesn't connect. A functional issue is when we have something, uh, error. We have a error in whatever query or stored procedure we have written.
How would you prioritize the task if you have multisystem related issue resolved in the same day? Uh, I would prioritize the task depending on the dependee on the dependee like, depending on what is the priority and what is the after effects of that particular task. Like, if task 1 has less effect on a business need, that would be of less priority for me. And if task 2 has a larger effect on the business, that would be of higher priority for me.
So data, uh, accuracy is something like when we are retrieving the data, we get the correct data, the correct type of data, and the correct formatting of the data.
Okay. There was a time when I had to migrate my whole project from MySQL to Oracle, and that was something very difficult. How I managed it? I was very good at writing queries. So whatever tables I was migrating, I was testing them. Whatever queries I was migrating, I was testing them. I was making it a point that there should be no syntax issues that I in the data migration. So, yeah, that was a way I was very successful.
I frankly speaking, I haven't worked on any improvement or implement any improvement on the Europe.
How you stay updated with the latest trend and updates in our API, especially pertaining financial modules. Uh, haven't worked a lot with the financial modules, so, uh, sorry. I do not have much idea about this.
