Uh, so I have, uh, been working in Oracle Fusion for the past 3 years now where I worked in Oracle Diamond label. I worked in core HR module. I've worked in, uh, Oracle Recruiting Cloud as well. Uh, in Oracle Diamond Lever, I've worked, uh, worked on integration with, uh, certain other modules as well, which includes absence management, payroll, and project costing. Prior to that, I have, uh, also completed my graduation in bachelor of bachelor of science, uh, in computer on computer science.

Most of my, uh, experience lies in configuring the, uh, implementation cycles where I have been, uh, working on, uh, creating, uh, the complete implementation for the given, uh, client, and I've also worked on, uh, doing the testing for, uh, testing for the same development which we have done. So I have I have been an integral part of complete development design team where I did a key role in, uh, designing most of the, uh, FAST formulas where I was able to convince both the client and my technical, uh, lead, uh, on creating the FAST formulas, which will help the client for a better understanding of the overall overall complexity of the fast formulas and how it can help them increase their, uh, decrease their time complexity and, uh, also decrease the total manpower needed to complete that similar process.

So Oracle, uh, EBS, uh, is, uh, for like, it is mainly used for, uh, conducting business, like, like, managing uh, the client, uh, which can go live in into the cloud, like, mostly in the current, uh, current if the client is currently working on an offline system, which is server based, it takes a lot of time to, uh, start, uh, like, initiate a process and then complete it. Like, it can take up to certain amount of days as well, like, 5 to 6 days to complete, uh, one simple task of, uh, app, like, approval of, uh, the complete time, uh, details which they are giving for the given, uh, week to conduct the complete payroll process and creating the invoices to send it to the client, uh, which, uh, uh, on this Oracle EBS, it can be decreased, uh, to very less, let's say, 5 to 10 minutes. Like, it'll it is a huge decrease in the overall time complexity from 7 days to, like, uh, to 10 to 15 minutes to complete one single process, uh, which also decreases their time complexity and, uh, also the com total manpower needed to for the same, like, there might be some people who are calculating it manually, calculating for example, calculating overtime manually or calculating the number of hours which are left for the employee. Like, it it takes days, uh, for completing the same thing in the offline system, uh, which in the cloud system, uh, using Oracle EPS, it becomes very easy for the client. So that's where, uh, and the same thing I've what I have done is, uh, I've implemented Oracle time and labor for one of the staffing client where, uh, they provide their employees to different clients. So based on that, uh, they are able to provide, uh, now they're able to provide the payroll to them payroll to the employee based on the how much as they're working based on the correct legislative rules in which they are present. For example, if they're in a state of California, they're getting paid overtime and double time based on the rules of California. And after that, uh, I have, uh, like, they are now able to also transcreate the invoices, which are created within a month, uh, sorry, within a week. Uh, like, for example, if I complete, um, I completely put my ass for this current week, uh, then, uh, they directly get the, uh, they can update get the updates updated invoices, uh, we can send to the client within, uh, next week, uh, which is a huge bonus because it total like, it decreases the overall, uh, complexity of the payment which will be coming in from the client. Like, uh, if we delay our invoices, uh, delay our sending invoices to the client, uh, we will definitely get some delay of getting the payment from the client. But, uh, if we're able to provide them the invoices within a few hours of completely adding their time, And I think it's the best for the client for our client because it'll decrease overall, uh, time complexity, manpower, and it'll decrease the overall time required to receive the payment for the work which they have done. So I have worked, uh, mostly in time and labor, uh, to perform this.

Actually, I don't carry much experience in this, uh, but, uh, my mostly, uh, based on this, uh, my experience lies in Oracle Recruiting Cloud where we, uh, uh, have created custom DFS, custom reports. Uh, we I have also done some personalizations. When there was no core HR team involvement, uh, I was able to personalize one of the job requisition. And, uh, uh, based on that, I was able to create auto complete rules, uh, which due to which the client was easily able to manage the manage certain processes, uh, automate certain processes, uh, using our personalization. So for creating custom DFS, I also worked on creating custom DFS where, uh, we are able to, uh, like, we we can we we have, uh, implemented it using auto complete rules as well, and we have implemented it so that them, uh, our client can distinguish between different types of employees, uh, which they have. Like, for example, they might have some employees who will not be working on any project, but they will only be working internally. So they become payroll only. So based on certain parameters, we were able to create the d f DFS, which, uh, helped our client to distinguish between different employees which they have. Custom reports, I have worked in building custom reports like, uh, the total time calculate calculated time report, the multiple projects report, uh, the payroll transfer issue reports. Uh, so I like, custom reports become, uh, very, not like, we have used b I, uh, BI publisher for the same. We've also used, uh, HCM, uh, data extractor as well, but we have mostly used HCM data extractor to create custom integrations instead of creating custom reports because, uh, Data Extract like, Data Extractor HCM Data Extractor, uh, is a better tool when we are integrating it, uh, when we are using it to integrate the data to certain other systems. Whereas, BI Publisher helps us to create reports, uh, which, uh, which have large chunk of data. Like, huge amount of data, uh, it can, uh, we can use it to create huge amount of it and customizes customize the data based on the our requirements. So we were able to do the same based on our requirements. We were able to segregate actually segregate the projects on which the employee was working, and we were able to just generate the reports based on one single project, which was used by further PTC team to, uh, use it to generate the invoices.

Majorly, uh, what we include is, uh, the first thing is we have to do a sanity test of all the developments that we have made. So what, uh, I have come up with a solution for my current client is, uh, using, uh, traceability metrics where I include all the custom updates which we have made on the system so that whenever there's an any system update, for example, there might be a new patch coming in which will include certain other parameters. So based on that, we can check we have created the traceability metrics where we include all the custom configurations, custom fast formulas, custom integrations, custom reports, which we have generated. And based on those, uh, para based on certain parameters, we are able to segregate them. For example, we can segregate them based on the employee types and then based on the state in which that employee is working and certain other parameters also we can include, uh, which due to which it becomes very easy to completely trace all the updates that are present on the system. Due to which, uh, whenever we there's an system update, uh, we can do a sanity test, uh, which will ensure that our system is working fine without any, uh, bugs.
