Google India rated as Best Employer by Randstad Employer Brand Research 2017

According to the Latest survey “Randstad Employer Brand Research 2017” by HR Firm Randstad, Google India has been named as the Most “Attractive Employer Brand” which followed by Mercedes-Benz.

This was the third time in a row for Google India to be named as “Attractive Employer Brand”.

There are other Sector winners that includes

  • Amazon India in E-commerce Sector
  • ITC Ltd in FMCG
  • Philips India (Consumer & Healthcare)

The study by HR Firm Randstad Clearly shows that the top preferences for Employees are IT, BFSI and Retail & FMCG Sectors

The Survey primarily focussed on salary, Employee benefits, good work-life balance and job security considerations while picking an employer.

“At this juncture, understanding workforce trends, expectations and key employee value proposition drivers are imperative for organisations. They have come to realise the value of employer branding and the returns from such investments, both in terms of attracting new talent and retaining it,” said Moorthy K. Uppaluri, Managing Director & CEO, Randstad India.

The seventh edition of the Randstad Employer Brand Research was conducted among 1.65 lakh respondents in 26 countries in Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Americas, covering 150+ large companies.
